Hi everyone. I'm looking to build a DIY version of something like this:
octaswitch news
I have (kind of) a basic idea of what I need to do to start, but there are a few things I don't know how to do.
- What do I need other than an enclosure, footswitches, jacks for all the effects in/out, master in/out, power jack, LEDs
- On the Octaswitch they use DIP switches.. Are these pretty simple to buy and work with?
- How would you make it so that activating one footswitch deactiviates the others?
I'm sure there are more questions I have, and I have just begun to consider building one of these. I've gotten great help on this DIY board in the past so I figured it would be a great place to come with questions. Thanks in advance!
