Reduce the inner volume as well as the amount of ventilation. Bass ~ air movement. Less air > Less bass. Not always, but that usually the case.

I purchase the YINCROW X6. It's just mx500 shell.

sorry. what is y3 y4 means?

I believe those are the different thickness "tuning cotton" (looks like coffee filter material) that are available.

I understand you think your Yincrow X6 has too much bass and you want to reduce it and get more treble?
As a quick fix I would try to cover all the small openings on the outer diameter of the shells with tape (4 small holes in each earbud)
Then listen and see if you like the sound better.
You could also try to cover all the longer ventilation openings leaving all small holes open.
As long as you cover the same are on both buds the same you can try any combination of closing the vent holes with tape.
I think covering all the small vent holes might do the trick! Start like this and go from there...
If you don't mind having the tape on the outside of your earbuds you are done! ☺️ The earbud foam will cover it more or less completely.
If this is not a clean enough solution for you, you will have to open the shell, remove the foam horseshoe that lies in the shell and put the tape on the vent holes you want to cover from the inside.(Make sure the holes are blocked well) Then put the horseshoe foam back in place and clip the driver back in place on the shell. Pay attention not to hurt the small cables that are soldered on the driver while doing that.
To open the shell you will need a bottle opener. For an explanation of the basic operations in earbud DIY have a look atRary's DIY guide.
The tuning paper has also the form of a hoseshoe and is glued on the back of the driver. It is available in different thickness in grades ranging from Y2 to Y6. Search for "horseshoe tuning paper" in Aliexpress. There should be an offer with mixed densities for purchase.
EDIT: @Eduardiofilo posted the good link! 👌
The denser the horseshoe paper is you put on the back of the driver the less bass and more treble you should get (very roughly speaking).
You can also experiment with this instead of (or in addition to) closing some of the vent holes in the shell.

For the sake of simplicity and a quick result (perhaps already satisfying!) I would try closing vent holes on the outside of the shell for now.
Good luck! ☺️

Thicker one should offer less bass right? Is y6 the thickest?

Yes. There is also horseshoe tuning foam that can be glued to the back of the driver, works the same as the tuning paper. It is existing in 7:1 and 10:1, 10:1 beeing more dense .
I am not sure what it really does and don't have a lot of experience with it.
(I don't have a lot of experience at all!! ☺️)
The 2 times I tried it so far it seemed to introduce some treble uneveness/peakiness. Don't know if that is normal, but it sounded like that to me...
Still I would urge you to try the tape method I suggested. It is really quick, you get results within minutes. A satisfying little exercise... 👌

Covering the holes with tape doesn't reduce the bass. Instead, it feels like listening in a can.

Well, thats a bummer then. You'll have to order the tuning paper in different strengths. You will need it anyway if you are going to get into DIY. You might as well order a soldering station, some shells, drivers horseshoe foams 7:1 and 10:1 and the horseshoe foams that go into the shell (they have a bigger opening) while you are at it! 😁
