DIY Chinslider

Wondering if someone has an aesthetically pleasing DIY tip for making a chinslider for an iem cable.
Zipties are ugly..

I just use one of those little plastic-covered wire bag ties that come with boxes of plastic bags, or with any electronic gadget that has a cord or adapter. I've got some plain black ones and white ones -- they pretty much go with anything.
