This is a project I have no time for, though I still desperately need closed phones - some other day.

What is in the picture is included, nothing more nor less.

What is it? A CD-3000 frame, and all original parts EXCEPT the drivers. They are gone, and there are no replacements (as I bought them).

I have crafted two sets of wood cups out of Siberian Elm, the closest thing I could find to zelkova, as used on the R-10. One set of cups is completely hollowed out, like the original design. The other set is solid in the middle to accept the drivers directly, like the Victor (JVC) DX-1000.

Also included are two sets of aftermarket (custom) earpads made from lambskin. The headband and support have also been redone in new lambskin.

Two sets of drivers are included - a factory new set of JVC DX-1000 drivers ($293.00 the pair), and a pair of AT W-100 drivers, for two excellent closed wood headphone drivers.

It is currently terminated balanced with Neutrik XLR.

$500 shipped CONUS - significantly less than what it cost to get here.

Will keep this together as a package, but thanks for the individual queries.
