Hope this request is in the right place...

Six months ago I purchased a Sennheiser replacement cable made out of Mogami Neglex from another headfier who made it. The right channel was a little flaky but nothing that couldn't be fixed by twisting the cable in a certain place. Unfortunately, today it fully cut out. I'm guessing that the connection between the fork that goes into the headphone and the wire has become disconnected.

Most unfortunately, the headfier who made this no longer does this and doesn't have his gear to make a repair. But he smartly suggested that I check to see if there is another headfier who might be willing to fix it. He doesn't think that it would be a difficult repair given the right tools. If someone here would be willing to help me out with this, please send me a PM! Thanks!

BTW, this is the cable that i have (in case that helps you figure out whether you can fix it.

P.S. if this thread should be relocated to a different forum, please let me know.
