Istanbul was Constantinople
Now it's Istanbul, not Constantinople
Been a long time gone, Constantinople
Why did Constantinople get the works
That's nobody's business but the Turks

Even old New York was once New Amsterdam
Why they changed it I can't say
People just liked it better that way

So take me back to Constantinople
No, you can't go back to Constantinople
Been a long time gone, Constantinople
Why did Constantinople get the works
That's nobody's business but the Turks

Cover a basic case with designs made from Fimo or Scupley

Every gal in Constantinople
Lives in Istanbul, not Constantinople
So if you've a date in Constantinople
She'll be waiting in Istanbul

Why not a sphere in transparent plastic ?

btw :

Istanbul was Constantinople
Now it's Istanbul, not Constantinople
Been a long time gone, Constantinople
Now it's Turkish delight on a moon-lit night

Hum, I prefer the good old name for Constantinople/Istanbul : Byzance.

I was just about to post and say the same thing. Obviously marble would be ridiculously hard to work with, but Corian might be possible, and what a great enclosure.

an old book found for nothing in second hand, you paste the pages and make a hole in the middle. Nice for the customs too

acryllic would be nice, stick a few blue LED's in it to make it glow *grin*

or gut a cd player, put the amp in it, and glue it to the bottom of another cd player. hehe

just an idea thats been floating around my head a while. i guess you could also try sticking one in one of those tin AOL cd cases, and glueing that to the cd player.
or 3m tape for a less permanant solution.
