Dear Respected Customers,

As the first earphone of FiiO, the EX1 was released to the market in July, 2015, which is a highly customized product designed in cooperation with Dunu and branded both FiiO and Dunu.

After more than one and a half year of commission, here we announce the discontinuance notice for this model and glad to tell you that we are now considering upgrading this model to the EX1 2nd gen. Some improvements will be made to the new generation of course, but it will only be available in black color.

So if you still want to get one EX1 for yourself, you may try to contact our local sales agents (>> Where to Buy) to to check if it's still available, thanks.

Best Regards,
FiiO Electronics Technology Co., Ltd.

Hi will the EX1 2nd gen be a hybrid model?

I hope the EX1 ver 2 is $49 or less. For many consumers, $50 for earphones and $100 for a player are price points that they will not consider exceeding.
