I placed an order "SR-71A" on Sep. 22th. I waited and waited but it didn't be shipped. In addition, they didn't reply any my e-mails about the shipping date, colors and so on. Finally I told them that I wanted to cancel my order, but no reply. Then, a few days ago, I got a message from them that they shipped my order. What?

AWFUL. Many of my friends who ordered SR-71A on TTVJ said they also couldn't get any replies from Todd and suddenly their order was shipped. I was very disappointed with their support.

Honestly speaking, I will never place an order on TTVJ again.

Hi jaggerQR,

We have responded to all of the e-mails we received and shipped the SR-71A as quickly as we could get them. I did not get or see the e-mail asking for a cancellation of the order but we will take care of it.

You are welcome to return the SR-71A and we will refund you as well as pay for the return shipping. I am very sorry this has happened to you and if there is any way we can make it up we will do it.
