Difference(s) between super.fi 3 LIVE and super.fi 3 STUDIO

Hi all! i've came across both version of super.fi 3 and only the super.fi 3 studio is featured on the ultimateears.com website. As such, I would like to ask about the differences between the 2 and most importantly, any difference in SQ or warranty issues? thanks!

The Lives were a limited run version sold exclusively (as far as I can tell) at Radio Shack. They were made in red only (from my research) and included some different accessories. As for sound quality, they are exactly the same as the Studios. They were found as cheap as $39.99 at some Radio Shack locations. I am pretty sure they are no longer sold though.
