PXC250 are the best sounding of the bunch (not heard the 300s). While they look very similar to PXC200, they are very different on the inside (300 Ohm impedance for a start, ANR which amps them a bit... ) and sound really quite good.
Although i still sold mine because they hissed with the ANR "on" and also sounced too colored with ANR "on" (although very FUN) for my liking. I wanted them for my vintage Sony D211, but its old vintage buds are far more precise then any of the Senns mentioned, crystal clear with etimotic-like super tight bass... For their price I just could not justify the pricey PXC250s

I think PX150 was replaced by PX250 and now PX300 replaces PX250. However, I have seen in other forum that there isn't too much of a sonic difference between PX250 vs. PX300.

I personally have a PX250 and they are pretty good for travelling. Check out my other post here:

However, if you are not using them for travelling/on-the-road, there are MUCH better cans out there for that price..

Actually, the PXC150 and PXC300 are two more recent models than the PXC250. The 150 does not fold up, and thus does not have a carrying case.
