I know these two iems are pretty different,
however they both have 2 drivers and are vastly different in pricing
 
I was wondering if the price difference is worth it?
Any opinions on either of the phones?

I haven't heard any of those, but I can tell that the UE700 build quality is so-so at best, with UE cable not being the best, and the new UE lineup not having the detachable cable any more....while iems from the new Shure line seems to be built like a tank (plus user replaceable cable). So a part of the price difference can certainly be found here.
I cannot tell you anything about the sound, however.
