Difference between Sr60 and MS1?

Apparently there seems to be a difference between these both headphones. Although they use the same drivers and incorporate the design, they both sound different in terms of quality. Can anyone tell me what the differences are?

from what I've heard, I think they allesandros have less harsh highs and, and some other stuff I can't remember.
