I wanna get some decent headphones and was told to get the DTX900. I looked it up and found the DTX800 and DTX700 which were £10 and £15 cheaper. I was juist wondering what the difference between the 3 headphones were, and whether its worth me spending an extra £15 if theres not much difference.

Also, since everyone here seems to be a pro when it comes to headphones, could you please tell me whether this is a good headphone to buy. I will be using it mainly for music (i mostly listen to drum & bass, rnb, hiphop). So are these headphones any good for the type of music i will be listening to with them.

Thanks for any help

Having tried the DTX 700 and the DTX 900, I personally could not tell the difference between these 2. I went for the cheaper choice (naturally

One rule of thumb I was told: if you cannot tell the difference, go for the cheaper option.

However, I tested both earphones on my iPod nano, so I guess it might not be an accurate enough test.

I use my DTX 700 for watching movies on my laptop, so I don't need a high-end pair of headphones.

Hope this helps
