I pray for January 1st to hurry up and get here when the law to ban trans fat will go in to effect.
The damage people are doing to their body, especially the heart, consuming hydrogenated oil in Ramen is astounding.
I eat all organic all the time. I don't like government sponsored anti-biotics and hormones in my grub.

heh. i eat Ramen very very rarely. only when parents dont have any time to cook breakfast.. My mom makes us all eat all the healthy foods. thats probly why i am not fat..

Seconded! Partially hydrogenated oils are my soapbox -- my one bane in all foods. I am on a crusade to eliminate them as well. Too bad they're everywhere
