    Hey guys !

Will there be an upgrade to the phi version available for Diana owners, same as for the 1266 ? Is the headband different (a bit larger) ? Having a narrow head I need to use some extra band on the headband to get a comfortable fit, so I'm wondering...Thanks for the answer !

These are 2 different models, no upgrade path. The headbands are tweaked differently to accommodate the different ear pads.
As for fit on your head, the only way you will know for sure is to try it, heads are narrow in all different ways (and shapes).

So I’m guessing this headphone running out of an iPhone 6 + DragonFly Red is nothing to write home about?

Underdriven diana = better than no diana. In my opinion.

Can anyone compare the pad size of the Oppo PM-3 to that of the Abyss Diana (not Phi)?
I couldn't wear the Oppo PM-3 because it was basically semi-on-ear for me.. (if that makes sense)

If you want pocket driven Diana Phi, the Fiio Q5 with amp2 module sounds pretty damn good for portable, even using bluetooth.

I have the dragonfly red with Diana and can confirm is not enough power- it’s listenable but would not be my top recommended portable choice

I don’t have them side by side but the Diana Pads are bigger than PM3 but also stiffer - as I remember.

Is there another portable option that has a similar size profile to the DragonFly Red that would power the Diana?

  12. Maelob
Good question, Not a lot of options for something powerful and small

Hm, it doesn’t sound like a true portable phone in my eyes.

For some reason the sound signature that people are describing make it sound like a TH-900. Yay? Nay?

nay. the diana sounds more even or balanced across the frequency range than the th900 to my ears.
