Diana: the second release by Abyss Headphones!

Is there any visible differences between the Diana V1 and V2 other than the pads? There is no labelling of V2 anywhere on the headphone, box, etc. How does one know if they are looking at a V1 vs a V2

Take off the magnetic ear pads and the V2 is marked "V2". :)

Just unboxed and did some initial impressions of the Diana V2 compared to the Phi version :)

I get a hot spot on the crown of my head after about 30 mins, anybody else experience this?

I've never had this experience with any headphone. Can I ask if you have a full head of hair up top? Wonder if this is associated with that?

In other news, listening to the Diana V2 + Hugo 2 and Neil Young's "Harvest", simply outstanding! The instrumental separation and clarity is phenomenal.

Just gave this track a listen via Roon tidal. Phenomenal track. However at the beginning of the track, do you notice hissing? I found with the Diana's, it picks up a lot of this hissing in many tracks.

Finally able to spend more time with Diana V2.

Definitely an incredible performance in term of natural sound, superb black background, accuracy imaging, and what I love the most: It is super smooth and forgiving enough if I want to listen mainstream music.

Currently listening Mindi Abair with Questyle CMA 12 Master.

Indeed, we are getting a lot of positive feedback on the V2.

I am using the Diana V2 with upgraded superconductor cable and DMS pads. Amazing headphones.

Soundstage, imaging, full of energy, and still maintains a great low end. These headphones are extremely detailed without being fatiguing at all.

The only gripe I have with these headphones are that they do cause me pain on the crown of my head, within an hour of listening. I have these headphones on at least 6 hours a day, so every once in a while I do have to lift them off my head and re-adjust.

Never tried the PHI TC yet, not sure what the main differences will be. Excited to try them one day.

Any users here using the Diana's with a Chord DAC? Which crossfeed setting do you prefer to use with the Diana?
