I haven't heard the previous firmware. I got the product yesterday only

Received mine yesterday as well. Woohoo! Besides the USB input I am going to thoroughly test the optical and coaxial inputs as well.

Great one. Will be waiting for your impression. Anson specifically said to use the co-axial and let him know about the performance

My Clarinet is on the way. I will pair it with the DTR1 LE and the DX300 Max (via optical/coax).

Anson confirmed that the Clarinet comes with the "Rhapsody" firmware mounted. It's nice to read that another sound signature is available (Serenade):

I don't think you can pair the Clarinet with the DTR1+ LE as the latter doesn't feature any digital outputs.

I tried both Serenade and Rhapsody, prefer Serenade as Rhapsody is abit too V shaped.

DTR1 could not support USB or SPDIF output. I have asked Anson when I got Honye H1.
The update speed is too fast, and I am still addicted to Listening M1. I love the sound of M1 so much! :beerchug:
No comparison to M1. League ahead :dark_sunglasses:
