I made up my mind on purchasing a Woo Audio WA6 (2nd generation) amp (on sale now) and looking to pair it with an DAC that can support DSD and MQA for under 1k (using TIDAL HiFi). Could anyone point me in the right direction and suggest a good product for me to buy to match it with Woo? Yes, I already thought about Schiit Bifrost.

I'll be using Focal Elears with that setup.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Any recent iFi product with current firmware should work. Their best DAC under $1000 (it’s actually under $500) is the iDAC2.

Not sure about these matching the Woo but these two can do DSD and have hardware MQA unfolding.

Ended up purchasing Woo Audio WA7 Firefly. Spoke to Mike from Woo Audio for good 30 minutes about MQA, DSD and my setup all together and while he mainly recommended WA8 for my Elears, this was his second recommendation which at 899.99 (on sale) was no brainer
