Amps are typically used for higher impedance headphones.
But using a headphone amplifier with a low output impedance should make sure the lower impedance (Ohm) headphones bring out the best detail in the audio.
Depending on your budget, you might consider getting the Creative Labs Sound Blaster Z sound card.
While the headphone amplifier built into the SB-Z is less then perfect, the SB-Z should be at least a little better sounding them plugging headphone directly into the motherboard's on-board audio.
The SB-Z's headphone jack's output impedance is 22-Ohms, which technically is higher then what you would want to use with the 32-Ohm Kraken Forged headphones.
You not going to find a better valve for gaming support (surround sound) and audio quality, then with the SB-Z.
If you spent a little more, you could get the Asus Xonar DX sound card (used $60?) and a FiiO A3 (E11K) headphone amplifier ($60).
The A3 amplifier has a less the 1-Ohm output impedance, which spec wise is better for driving 32-Ohm headphones.
