Denon in-ear headphones?

Anyone had any experience with these?

As a side note, I'm asking because I'm looking for a higher quality but inexpensive headphone I can use during exercise, without them falling off or getting in the way.

I have a pair of the 350s in black. Similar sound sig to the CX300s with a bit more control. Nothing night and day though. They are a decent canalphone though and very comfortable. I wear all my earphones with the cord routed over the ear and I would recommend this to help keep them in place during exercising.
