Yep, at the right price point these things are terrific.  I'm thinking more like $300 for the D600 and I have no idea on the D7100 cause I have no idea how great they are.

Awesome.  Lots of choices here in the US as well if a person keeps checking Amazon.  They have refurbs/used pretty regularly - that's how I got my set for $239.  Just saw them for $249 on Accessoriesforless.com - the deals are out there.
 
Glad you guys like the new Denon's.  I felt for quite some time like the only person on the planet who liked the D600............not that it really matters but we all need some validation.

Got them from Electronic Expo, they had a open box pair listed on Amazon, when I received them they were brand new in a sealed box.

The graph readers at Headfi destroyed the price of the 600's.........and I am very happy about that. Picked up a pair at warehousedeals for $230 and couldn't be happier. Every bit as good as myD5K. Oustanding with Lyr/Bifrost.
