Hi, I've been using V-Moda Crossfade LP's for listening to music for the past 2 years and I want to upgrade to something that sounds a lot less muddy and better overall quality, but still on the stronger side for the bass. I saw a recommendation on the Equipment forum for the Denon AH-D600, but I've seen a few bad reviews claiming the sound quality isn't up to par with others in its price range. I was also going to buy a FiiO E10K USB DAC and Headphone Amplifier (http://www.amazon.com/FiiO-E10K-Headphone-Amplifier-Black/dp/B00LP3AMC2/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1435075452&sr=8-6&keywords=headphone+amplifier) to go with them. I was also looking at the Sennheiser HD600's, but I read that the bass is on the weaker side.
So are the Denon AH-D600's the way to go? My budget for the headphones themselves, not with the DAC/amp, is probably around $350, but I could go a little higher if there's that big of a difference in quality in some other headphones.
Thanks in advance!
