Anyone know where I can get a pair of Denon headphones in Toronto? I checked the Denon site, but nobody stocks the 2000, it seems. I know I can buy online, but would rather not. I just want to walk in to a store and walk out with the cans...

I went in yesterday. Only have the 1000 & the 5000. Didn't offer to bring in the 2000.

Keep in mind that although BBR is pricey you can haggle with them. Maybe save yourself a hundred bucks off those D5000s.

A bit off topic, but, does haggling work in other stores, too? This is actually the first store I've heard of that you can haggle in.

I don't think you can do that at BBR

I bought a pair of SE530, E4C, HD280 there
always the original price

then I found out that "Steve's Music" on queen st has SO MUCH CHEAPER PRICE!!!
for ex: AKG k701 at BBR is 6xx, at Steve's is 448
but they don't carry sennheiser and denon.

Im speaking from experience here. If your purchasing a HD280 they wont budge,if your shooting for D5000, RS-1,RS-2, GSk etc then its doable.
They realize that there pricing is wacked, its up to you call them out on it.
