Denon doesn't make any replacement tips, but I've read that the Sony replacement tips works. They are thinner, and are about the same size as the Denon tips. I don't know if there are variations of the Sony tips though.

All sony IEM-tips fit, they are widely available nowadays. Also their likes, like Sharp, Philips etc al use the same size as the Denons.
What definately does not fit are tips for smaller stems, like Shure E3/E4, Atrio, Ety, etc. (Shure 2 tips might fit though).
In fact, it seems to me roughly there are only two sizes of IEM-tips, for wide and narrow stems, the Denons are wide.

Apart from most silicone tips (for canal phones) fitting the Denons (Sony, Philips, etc.), the Shure orange foamies also fit, if you are very careful putting them on. Those foamies, which are short, have two different sized holes in their sound tube, and the Denon stems must go on the larger holes. Even at that, they are hard to get on. But they deliver a very comfy fit if you can do it.

I'm guessing thats the best option for isolation on the C700's?
