Ok guy, I narrowed it down to this denon for running outside and at the gym. Is this good for running? A lot of people complain about the wire and the extension. I like these cause there is bass for my electronica music, but the only thing is I've never tried IEM for running, do they slip out? And I know the housing is metal, but are they fragile as in the wiring? Tell me more.

I have no experience running with them, and they do require the extension, but they seem sturdy to me. I gave my pair to a friend who needed some phones for the gym (not running, but machines) and she loves them. I suggest for snugness, you use Comply T400 tips. They are expensive, $20 for 4 pair, but they will not slip out with sweat and road rumble as much as the silicone sleeves, is my guess.

The thing is if this phone has more grip than my ipod oem ones then I'm fine, the ipod ones slip out like crazy.
