Something terrible happened to me yesterday, and I was wondering if it has ever happened to anyone else and how you prevented it.

I was staying at a friends house overnight, and I always take my Denon's and not my se530's. Well, I fell asleep with the earphones on, and in the morning, the foams had come off and were deeply imbedded in my ear canal!

I could not pull them out with my fingers, and luckilly, my friend had tweezers which I used to get the foams out. I was terrified that I would have to go to the hospital to have them removed.

So, short from "gluing" the foams to the port, how does one prevent this? Has it ever happeded to you, with any phone, and what did you do about it. I don't like to travel with my se530's, too much of a theft risk, and the standard foams that are on the 530's, which I had tried to get off before just to try the assortment that came with them, just WONT come off, so I don't have to worry about this problem at home.

What are your thoughts?
