A recent negative feedback disclosure: I realized that recently I got a negative feedback. I was a buyer, and the seller sold me fake headphones. He claimed the headphones are in like-new condition, but when I received them, they had scuffs and scratches. The shipment also was missing headphone cable which was promised to be included in the transaction. I asked for a refund but the seller is refusing. I find this very unfair to get a negative feedback when all I did is simply read the description and make an payment on time. Seller claims that I should have asked for more pictures before settling on the transaction. But the description did say like new and therefore I continued with the transaction. I can't understand why a negative feedback for me (buyer) in this case.
