Decent newbie soldering video

I just watched this on Youtube. As a newbie to soldering, I can say that it has been very helpful.

In the clip he solders an RCA plug, but a stereo plug is similar enough that it is still quite helpful.

tangent also offers videos for newbies. You can find it on his website. he starts out really simple, and i think he stops at smd things.
