You can get the refurb AD700s from Beach Camera on eBay for $65, and apply Bing Cash Back to it (it was 20% 4 days ago, now it's back to 8%).

With the 20%, the AD700s are just $51. I got a pair of M50s for $64 after 20% BCB over the weekend. =)

If I am not mistaken you still get some kind of warranty.

I've only heard good things about BuyDig.

How does this Bing Cash Back thing work? and has anyone bought a pair of refurbished ad700's from buydig.com or beachcamera.com? I want to know if the refurbished are good quality, and do they come with original boxing and the adapter?

Correct. It allows sound to enter and leave. Advantages are a more expansive soundstage when compared to closed designs. Although Denon D5000/7000 are an exception.

The Denon AHD5000/7000 are great closed cans. They even have impressive soundstages. You might even want to Markl mod them.

What the heck. I just placed an order with Beach Camera. I got the cash back, which is lower now, but still available. I also chose free shipping, and they shipped it today, with an estimated arrival time of Saturday. That is ridiculous.
