HI all. Planning to attend, If there is interest I can bring a BIfrost2 and a Lyr3 along with a set of Audioquest Nighthawk Carbons. Speaking of which, how do folks typically handle sources at these meets? This is my first one.
My experience has been most bring their own source. Some may have a DAC w/ multiple outputs that they can share and WiFi will be available. Jaqueline Dupre and Dave Brubeck "Time Out" are popular if you have those recordings.

Hi. So just to review:
Glen Echo Town Hall
Saturday April 30 from 11:00am to 4:00pm
6106 Harvard Avenue, second floor
Glen Echo, MD
Town Hall parking lot is available for event use after 1:00
Street parking in the neighborhood is available.
Setup: there are tables and chairs readily available in the event space. Please put them back when you are done.
If you have a lot of gear it's slightly easier to to walk up the exterior stairs at the rear of the building and directly into the space.
Cleanup: very straightforward. Please cleanup after yourself. I don't expect that this will be a messy event anyway.
There are an average number of outlets in the room, but power strips and extension cords will be very helpful.
I'll get a WiFi user name and password before the event. I'm not sure how good it is. I think someone on this forum ran a remote test on it. I think they said it was good.
I'll open up windows and doors to provide good ventilation to manage COVID risk. The Town took down its masks required sign, so I'll take that to mean that masks are optional for this.
Does anybody have a sense of how many people are coming? FYI, the room capacity is 124 people.

We should be good. I don't think we've ever had that many people at one of these events Aaron.

I'm sorry to say I won't be able to make it. Thinks came up at the last moment I can't punt. I hope everyone has a great day! Looks fun, take and share pics!

Will try to get there around 11, but it's a long drive.
Also will not be bringing the Chord Hugo TT2, instead, will bring Micro-Seiki turntable and some records. Bring your own if you want to hear them
