dB Pro Headphone

So, I was just off wandering ebay and I came across this. Has anyone ever used one of these , and if so, what are your reactions to it? Is it worth the money? Would something like this work well with a set of HD580s?

Never tried it but has got to be one of the smallest decent amps I have ever seen. Ask the seller if it can power the 580. Should know.

I bought one. Its ok on my laptop (Dell 600M). I used it to power ER6. It does amplify to an extent. On my portable I am testing with Sony SA1000 and it does sound better with the DB Pro amp rather than unamped.

I am getting Echo Indigo IO in 2 days. It has an inbuild amp and let me compare with that.

But its extremely light weight and u can carry it with ipod or any other portable player.

Warning: I am new to Head-fi, so take my opinion in that context.

Just to update. After I burned in SA1K about 120hrs DB Pro Amp does make Creative Nomad Zen xtra much better.
