They are mods done by Head-Fi members Fitz or PinkFloyd.

I think the mods that Mike's done include a different arrangement for the power supply resistors (maybe different values? I don't know), bypass caps on the power supply filter caps, larger output caps, and cathode bypass caps on the 6sn7, and maybe some more I'm not aware of. The latter two are part of the mods I did when doing a full rebuild / modification of my Darkvoice. I only discussed the output cap mod with him when he first got his Darkvoice, so I don't really know the details of how/what he did for the other mods. I made a thread somewhere around here detailing a few of the mods I did on my own amp; there was a whole lot more than just changing some caps.
