The "e-mail me now" line sounds just like the one from the other thread that was taken down, although the price is higher. I wouldn't touch it with a 10' pole right now.

The 'huge' 5 feedback would put me off buying anything over $20 before I thought anything else.

Wow, it's from John Grado's private collection. It just gets better and better. I'll bet the payment terms are non-cc and involve full payment up front with no protection for buyer.
