I'm happy with my Full-Sized setup now and have just purchased a pair of 64Audio A12's. I'm currently driving them with a AK380 (without the extra amp) for use mobile. Can I do better when I am at home?

I have a couple of nice DACs I can experiment with that are currently running in my full sized rig.

Is there a full-sized amp that will drive them better than the AK? Should I ad the external AK amp?

I typically listen to "adult pop", and female vocalists with some folk/country. No metal, no classical.

What I am missing most in my current setup is the ability to use Roon on my home network.

The 64 Audio A12s are only 16-Ohm, my $20 FiiO headphone amplifier can easily drive them.
So the AK380's head amp is more then enough to drive the 64 Audio A12
