Working on procuring a TT2 for a bedside rig. I know folks find other amps better with the Stealth but hope it’s a solid pairing. Plan to use the rear XLRs. We shall see.

Loving the Stealths.
Wondering which output did you use on the TT2 with the Stealths? Did you ever try the rear XLRs?
Thanks again.

It’s one backpack. Plus I can use my headphones at any time as long as charged. With the TT2 I need power to use.Just curious if bringing a TT2 might be easier?

That’s exactly what I did with mine when I upgraded my DAC.Working on procuring a TT2 for a bedside rig. I know folks find other amps better with the Stealth but hope it’s a solid pairing. Plan to use the rear XLRs. We shall see.
Nope, just the front panel. There's so much power on tap never saw the need to test the back...@mrspeakers

The TT2 powers the Stealths great. But when I put them on my Riviera off the speaker taps. These headphones become magical. They scale so well.

I strongly recommend everyone to use clamp kit to add more pressure which adds significant slam and body. Also, a good after market cable makes a difference. It's pretty amazing actually.
Right not I am using the Magnus but will try the Aeris again once it burns in. Magnus adds a bit of sweetness to the midrange. I am noticing increased micro details and more even more slam. These cans are no longer subdued, more intense listen than the Susvara.
Also Susvara with Aeris is a great combo.

Which aftermarket cable are you using @Somatic ?
Arctic Aeris. Very nice. I had a Magnus before. Basically sounds like a clearer, defined Magnus.Which aftermarket cable are you using @Somatic ?
The Stealth's scale very well. I tried them on a TT2 just now. They sound good. But the sound is so much bigger and intense off the Dave + Farad3 + Envy (TM, G73R).
The Stealth sounds really good of the new HeadAmp CFA3. Very clean and fast.
I don’t really play games as much anymore but was playing last night.
Stealths are amazing for gaming due to the pinpoint imaging. I like them better than the Susvara. Very immersive experience.

You would get the same type of results connecting the Envy to TT2. I know it was a dramatic improvement when I connected to my Riviera AIC-10. They scale so much. The Stealth's scale very well. I had a friend come over. He is not an audiophile. Very casual in this respect. I had him listen to my main chain and had him compare the Susvara and the Stealth.
He liked the Stealth hands down. It fit better on his smaller head. I think he liked the close back nature as he felt like he was in his own world and felt he was more immersed in the music.
He mentioned with both headphones he noticed how one can crank them up and he heard no distortion. He had a pair of Bose headphones as comparison.

I finally got to hook up the Stealths to the rear XLR on the TT2. I think there are some slight trade offs compared to the front SE output.
With rear xlr, I am getting overall more sub bass rumble. The overall sound is less bright. People might find it a bit round for their tastes. I personally am happy with something a bit warmer and not sibilant at all. Just sounds nice and inviting. Perfect for a bedside rig. My main chain is more incisive. Sometimes I don’t want crack but something mellower .
These headphones are magical . I have had a few instances where I swear the sound is coming from another room. Pretty cool.
