Understood. Still not too clear, whether I need to take any further action? The headphones were purchased at Canjam in London two years ago.

Glad you're sorted! Well we'll now have the list from the UK for others to use. Yes, if you bought at Canjam you bought directly from Electromod, so I presume that was your resolution.

Just wanted to ask, do purchases going back to the Mad Dogs era qualify? I have an account from when I bought those, but the order must be so old that it doesn't show up in my history. When I try to register the order from the link you provided, only Aeon, Ether, and Voce products show up.

Yes indeed, if you bought from us and had an account you're registered, otherwise just email us with your name and we can check the system even if you were a guest.

Thanks. My old order wasn't showing up in my history, but I see that the discounted price is showing up on the site for me if I'm logged in, so everything is working like it should. I appreciate the answer though and hope it helps anyone else with the same question.

There will be many deals to come in all business sectors from Coronavirus as its effects permeate every business, and influence consumer spending habits in ways just beginning and ways not yet seen.
