Anybody know one that has all three types of inputs and a standard set of RCA outs? Any DIY person want to build me one at cost plus shipping?

Probably the closest thing is the '06 Headroom Micro DAC. It'll cost around $200, but it has all the inputs and output (mini stereo, not RCA) that you indicated. I owned one on two separate occasions and it's very versatile.

I just realized that i dont need usb. I bought a Zhaolu d2 from someone here on head-fi. I am running my CDP digital out via coax to it, along with my Xbox360 digital out via TosLink.
