Did anyone try to use the iRiver AK100 Mk2 as a USB DAC for the galaxy S4?
 
How does it pair with the Shure SE846?

Why not use the AK100 as the entire package? It seems weird that you have a AK100 but only using the DAC (if it is possible at all)..

I listen to both looseless files (currently with cowon) and to music streaming via my S4.
I am inquiring about a better DAP with usb DAC capabilities and found the AK100 Mk2 to be a good choice; I just wonder if it can handle the S4 as a dac source?

I am using ak10, iriver's recent DAC for iphone and some android devices. Though it cannot beat AK120, it sounds pretty awesome with my s4. Beyerdynamics is selling it after renaming it a200p.
