Dac/Amp for Hifiman 400i's

Hey lads, i'm looking at picking up some 400i's soon and was wondering whats a good dac/amp combo (mainly for gaming). I was looking at getting a Schiit M&M combo, but was also wondering if something else would be better. Preferably would like to spend less than 300$

For that amount of money I would suggest a new headphone. Why spend the same amount on a amp/dac as a pair of headphones?

because he-400i cost me 230$ currently, and he-500 are morel like 700$

I got an iFi Micro iDSD used for around $250. Although I can't comment on any sound comparisons, I picked it over the Schiit Stack or o2+odac for several reasons:

-it's portable
-it has a bass boost switch (it's subtle and well-implemented)
-it has 3 impedance modes + 2 more iem impedance matching modes, and it's loaded with other features
-once you look at and hold this thing, you know you're holding a quality product that's built to last
-it used to cost $500, so I felt like I was getting a bargain haha

I think the main thing is that when I upgrade my dac and amp, it'll be nice to still have a very good portable dac/amp I can still lug around.

probably a little bit to much that i wanna spend, probably get a objective 2 dac/amp, they have a good amp with no coloring of the audio

If you don't need SPDIF, you can get the O2+ODAC combo.
