I am an iPod and Apple's Mac Book Pro 17 in, not the latest update. My question is, what do I do with the laptop if I use it as a source?
I am getting Tomahawk for my E500 and iPod. Can I use the Tomahawk with my laptop? since it will, in essence, re-amplfying the sound, would I take any hit on sound quality? Do I need an external DAC? if yes, which one is good below US$300? or do you think hooking up the tomahawk to the laptop is fine?
