I've been using the D10 w/ my Macbook at work. In the past few weeks, I've started to use optical more and more. Lately, it seems that if I use optical only, I see about 8 to 10 hours of battery life. Is this typical?

I get more like 20 hours on the D10, certainly longer than the 10-12 hours my iRiver or pcdp lasts

licketysplitauctions on ebay; they sell all the cameron sino stuff. not sure if these new shipping regulations will effect the price of shipping though. probably still OK though as they are not installed in anything till you do.

for H140 or H120 I use their batteries in all my gear including my iphone 3g

no problem; but keep in mind although you will get increased battery life with them regardless; I get that long because my iriver is compact Flash modded

i have it modded as well (adata 32gb cf card), turns out it also has a cameron sino battery, maybe it's just a bit old (i brought the setup second hand) just ordered it, hopefully it'll last longer

well cameron sino make 2 for iriver; make sure you get the 2200mah, likely you have got an old 1400 or 1700mah
