d-JAYS or q-JAYS opinions

ok so here's the deal ..i'm in the market for either one of these earphones but i'm not sure which would be more for my usage or music preferences.
I'm basically going to use thse for my ipod nano and i ususally use thsi for my train ride into work and also i'm going to use these for the gym as well. my music i listen to is anywhere from classic rock to hard rock.
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I opted for the ds over the qs because I wasn't convinced that by only using them on the train and Tube I would be in an environment where I could appreciate the difference.

U would if u get a good seal. Granted, the Jays are not strongest in the sealing department, but that's what modding is for (use other vendors' plugs)
