Anyone used one of these? I have the chance to get one, mint condition, with all the accessories for $30. I'm down to this or a D-33 (D-33 would just be the unit itself, no accessories, ac adaptor, etc.) The D-802K uses a 9V adaptor, so I'm guessing the headphone out is pretty beefy, but is it comparable to the D-33's headphone out, which is apparently pretty impressive?

Any opinions on the 802K?
