AC-E455 is the model # (UK at the very least) - its the exact same PSU that comes with all of todays Discmen too... hasn't changed, and isn't a funny voltage so if you have any other (modern) Discman laying about with a PSU... use that

Probably within this week. However, all I will listen with it is probably some Radiohead only, which probably ain't that good to judge a CDP's quality?

Silver, I wouldn't bother to listen too much at the store (except to put on a little show to get the price down). Buy it, listen to it at home as long as you need to decide whether you like it - if you don't, you should be able to sell it on without having lost money on it.
