CX series earphones similar to PX-100

Hi all, i try to find out if there are some Sennheiser CX series earphones that have similar SQ characteristics as Sennheiser PX-100 (Mk. 1) headphones, i.e. natural, balanced sound, not bass driven. Around cca 40 - 60 EUR. When i look at the CX product line i see only high-end CX-880 (lifelike sound) or entry-level CX 280 (detailed sound) and it´s hard to belive there is nothing in between. In the forum and reviews, CX-300, 400, 500 are often said to be strongly bass driven...
