you talkin' about that banner ad for the"cute beyond?" Wondering what they were all about too. Looking for a smallish amp to go with my recently-acquired Ipod Nano, but this looked too "bricky" to be really a portable. Still---wondering about these guys.

They're small, but they're not portable. Transportable is a more apt description, especially for the Battery Cute. There have been a couple of threads with pictures of them next to computers or other audio equipment. I've been contemplating buying one for an amp at work. I've been contemplating this for a very long time
