Customer Service Ray Samuels Audio

I have to say , I dont think Service Comes Any Better . Recently Had a problem . Well not really a problem . I was not getting sound out of the DAC on my Predator . After E-mailing Ray and talking to him I shipped it to Him to check out . He called on a saturday to help try and straighten things out . He discoverd that it was my computer not recocnising the DAC . Shipped it back to me and it works perfectly . When plugged in to computer it needs to be the default Dac . Something so simple to fix . But when checking things out I neglected to look at .

Any way Ray Samuels Audio GIVES TOP NOTCH SERVICE . Also a great Guy to talk to . WONDERFUL SOUNDING PRODUCT . About 50 hours so far .

Ok there are two threads about praising Ray Samuels in the last few days.
There is already a feed-back section for them.This is a bit strange.

I think ray at RSA customer service is Stellar. He has a wonderful product and seems to be everyones good friend. There are people in this world who are people people. Some , like Ray have the gift of giving people the sense that they are special. It takes a special person to make poeple feel special. I neglected to mention Rays products are excellentand amongst the best and I would one day hope to own one of RSA's bigger amps. There is a lot I as an individual, young by nature, need to learn, and I must admit Ray has shown me this in his way. Most things I don't understand. I am limited to what I've been exposed to good or bad. I just wanted to ad that I would like to know how in a period of about a week I somehow became bad. I need to understand why things have happened the way they have if for no other reason then to avoid repeating errors which is most valuable for social survival. I find myself in the position to thank Ray for his generous time and his wonderful gear, truly the best ouththere but I have to ask just one question. Why did things happen the way they did. I have nothing but respect for the man and his product so I have to ask why? If I did somethig wrong Iam sincerely very sorry.
If your looking for fine headphone gear and great individual ono on one customer service being treated like a king I highly reccommend Ray Samuelsfor his outstanding product and good nature.He will take care of you.
