Custom IEMs for £400 - £450 with similar sound signature to IE80? | Headphone Reviews and Discussion - Head-Fi.org

Hi guys,

Basically as the title states, I'm looking for custom IEMs for £400 - £450 with similar sound signature to IE80. Has anyone got some recommendations? Main reason is I lost my IE80s, but loved them to bits. Considering buying the IE80S with custom tips, but curious to see what sort of customs I could get for the same price (would be around £460 in total). Is it likely customs in this price range would be far superior?

Any advice is appreciated!

Try contacting Gisele at Aid2Hearing as she has demo units of a few CIEM's and is based in London

Thanks, I've managed to schedule a demo session with her on Thursday, hopefully will be able to find something I like.

Take a listen to the Fibae 2 from Custom Art whilst you are there. Lot's of positive comments.

Yeah I ended up trying them but was a bit disappointing tbh, they do sound great, but bass is nowhere near as impactful as the IE80. The search continues...
