I’m curious how many Head-Fi (ers) have had customer ear molds made for their IEM’s? Do they seal better than foam or silicone tips? Positive or negative effect on performance?
I would also assume they are more comfortable over the long term but again, would love to hear (pun intended) what you think.
If it is of value to know, they would go on Shure SE846's
Thanks for any feedback!

In a way you get a guaranteed seal cause they are made for your ear.
With tips you’ll have to find the right angle and depth to insert.
If universal works for you, custom will just just be more reliable and maybe a slightly better seal but there’s no harm in it :)
