Custom Art FIBAE Black Announcement

I'll have to check our (his?) budget and kind of sound he's looking for. I didn't think that demo could get sent out for anything less than a main distributor or audio show. I'll have to go test the waters.
We loan demo units, we require a 50% deposit (which is refundable once you return demo) since you are in US we would also ask you to cover shipping which would be around €20

Well this is an absolute revelation! I'll go and see if I can't entice him. I'll email if I find it's something he wants to do.

Now, back to our regularly scheduled discussion about the FIBAE Black (sorry for the off-topic!)

Guessing that isn't the stock cable? Your ears look very different to mine (which figures obviously). My left is a fairly straight one with nothing too obvious whereas my right has a sharp rise and a smaller opening. My new audiologist commented "You have all sorts of dips and grooves going on in there!" It's this that causes the hassle with universals. I need a tip that can go through the opening but is large enough to seal with out hurting. Still found nothing. Small is too small but medium and up hurt after a while.

No it’s the Hansound Zen 8 wire, I found it was the best synergy among the cable I have.

I hope you find the sweet spot for the fit!

AudioVideoShow in Poland in November, otherwise there's CanJam London, which I don't think we will make it and we don't attend pro-audio shows in Germany (yet... I guess) so, maybe it would be easier for us to send you a demo unit instead?

I never, ever saw a company with this level of support.
Unfortunately, I'm living in Serbia, so it means 30% goes to VAT + custom. I could probably order to Dutch address as I go there 4 times a year...
However, I've never been to Poland, so this would be a good opportunity. Let me know when you find out the precise dates, so that I can book a flight.
I can even use the opportunity and drop my ear impressions :).

ok, just ordered mine. Way to go me, first customs  I have had very good luck so far with unis, but I have to try out the real deal. Waiting on CA to confirm my molds are OK to ship. I sent them a link to pics in an email. I'm going with the quilted maple faceplates and recessed sockets.

These will accept my plussound 2pins, right? Nothing special about the 'recess' in these?

How many time after your payment ?

December 7th was payment. I had some specific artwork on one unit and recessed jacks so that is some extra time.

Congrats! I've got a bit of a sinking feeling, though, since I too also ordered some, er, custom art (pun intended? let's go with that). Please send some pictures our way when you get them in!

Yeah... I'm so sorry about such long turnaround, but yes, we finally managed to sort out our printing capabilities and now the artworks should be much better than before and allow for even cooler designs
